Saadiya is the Business Support Manager at Lloyds PR Solicitors. She is responsible for the efficient management of the UK office and maintaining supervisory oversight of our outsourcing partner's office in Sri Lanka. As the primary liaison between these offices, Saadiya ensures seamless workflow and alignment with targets. She also manages UK customer relationships and oversees junior staff as needed. Additionally, Saadiya handles various other duties as directed by management, all of which are integral to her role.
