Naveen joined Lloyds PR in January 2018. He deals with Crown Court cases and specialises in analysing telephone evidence in complex criminal matters . In cases where the volume of evidence is extensive and intricate , he carefully dissects the prosecution ’s case and assist counsel in the weaknesses of the Crown’s case. As a keen defence lawyer, he ensures that the Crown’s evidence is scrutinised minutely in order for the clients to have the best possible chance in challenging the allegations. As an extension to the Crown Court work, he makes representation to the Senior Courts Cost Office of the High Court when legal aid claims are in dispute. In addition, b eing an attorney-at-law in Sri Lanka, he manages Lloyds PR’s outsourced operation of in Colombo.
