
Lou Lou is a caseworker in the Serious and Complex Crime team which litigates in high-profile and the most c omplex criminal and white-collar matters across England and Wales. Lou Lou obtained her degree in English Literature and Language (B A ) from Hertford College at the University of Oxford before converting to law; completing her LLM at BPP University on a scholarship where she also served as President and co-Founder of the European Law Students Association. As a caseworker in a busy Crown Court department, Lou Lou has assisted in multiple murder cases (Operation Pochade) , high-value frauds (Operation Chaplegate ) and drugs conspiracies (Operation Bagshot) , litigating against agencies such as the MHRA, Serious Fraud Office and the NCA . Alongside this, she also manages her own active caseload of firearms, drugs , violent and sexual offences. She also defends in several cash detention and forfeiture matters as well as public justice offences such as breaches of Serious Harm Prevention Orders and perverting the course of justice. Outside of her practice, Lou Lou has volunteered her legal insight pro-bono at several organisations including the Freedom Law Clinic, North Kensington Law Centre, Hammersmith and Fulham Law Centre, Hackney Law Centre, BPP Legal Advice Clinic, BPP Human Rights Unit and JENGbA (Joint Enterprise Not Guilty by Association).
