Since joining the firm in 2023, Joseph has assisted in a variety of both fast-paced Magistrates’ and complex Crown Court work. This includes, but is not limited to, work on offences concerning serious violence involving firearms, fraud, terrorism, and the largest reported human trafficking case in Europe. He offers conviction, understanding, and attention to detail in the work provided to both lay and professional clients. Joseph is also qualified, and regularly represent clients in the police station, ensuring they are aware of their rights and protects their interests against actions from the police. Before Joseph joined Lloyds PR Solicitors, whilst undertaking his Masters’ in the Barrister Training Course, he volunteered as a caseworker for the South West London Law Centres. In this role, Joseph provided legal support concerning social welfare rights of individuals facing imminent homelessness or bankruptcy. In addition to working with the BPP Pro-bono Centre on consumer law issues involving substantial debts. Characterising Joseph's interpersonal skills with vulnerable clients, he understands the pressures clients face during criminal proceedings, offering insight and support through all stages of the process.
