As a Very High Cost Case (VHCC) accredited firm, we have experience in defending clients in the most serious and complex cases.

VHCC cases are categorised by the legal aid agency as particularly complex, serious and expensive cases with trial estimates of over 40 days. They have a separate fee scheme managed under a special VHCC contract with the legal aid agency.

Common cases to be categorised as VHCC include serious and complex fraud, terrorism, multi-handed homicide and human trafficking.
